2026 YSB Day at the Capitol
On Friday, May 1, 2026 Youth Service Bureaus (YSBs) from across Connecticut gathered at the State Capitol for YSB Day at the Capitol, an inspiring celebration of youth voice, partnership, and advocacy. Hosted by the Connecticut Youth Services Association (CYSA), this annual event brings together youth leaders, YSB professionals, legislators, and community partners to highlight the vital role YSBs play in strengthening families, supporting mental health, and empowering young people throughout Connecticut.
Now Accepting Annual Conference Workshop Proposals: Submit by July 15th
CYSA is seeking proposals for workshops to be presented at the 2026 Changemaker’s Summit on October 15th at the Hartford Marriott. Breakout sessions will run approximately 60-70 minutes and A/V will be provided. Youth voices are strongly encouraged. Proposals must be submitted by July 15th.
January 2026 Restorative Justice Sessions Open for Registration
Learn practical restorative justice skills for youth diversion work. Registration is open for CYSA’s free RJ 101 and RJ 201 online trainings.
