2026 Theme: Your Voice Has Value

The 2026 Changemaker Summit brings together more than 350 Youth Service Bureau professionals, including directors, staff, volunteers, and community partners, for Connecticut’s premier professional development event focused on strengthening youth, families, and communities.

This year’s theme, “Your Voice Has Value,” recognizes that meaningful change begins when every voice is heard and every individual is empowered to make a difference. Throughout the day, participants will explore real-world strategies, community-driven successes, and innovative practices that turn empowerment into action, elevating youth voice, strengthening leadership, and fostering meaningful partnerships across Connecticut.

Join us on October 15, 2026, as we celebrate the power of listening, leading, and lifting one another up because when every voice is valued, stronger communities are built.

2026 Keynote Speaker

Stephen Hill – Speak Sobriety

Stephen Hill is a dynamic speaker and changemaker who inspires audiences to lead with purpose, empathy, and courage. His powerful message aligns with this year’s theme, Your Voice Has Value, reminding us that every voice has the power to create change.
