2026 Theme: Your Voice Has Value
The 2026 Changemaker Summit brings together more than 300 Youth Service Bureau professionals, including directors, staff, volunteers, and community partners, for Connecticut’s premier professional development event focused on strengthening youth, families, and communities.
This year’s theme, “Your Voice Has Value,” recognizes that meaningful change begins when every voice is heard and every individual is empowered to make a difference. Throughout the day, participants will explore real-world strategies, community-driven successes, and innovative practices that turn empowerment into action, elevating youth voice, strengthening leadership, and fostering meaningful partnerships across Connecticut.
The Summit offers a full day of engaging keynote presentations, interactive workshops, networking opportunities, and practical tools designed to inspire collaboration and equip attendees with new ideas they can bring back to their communities. Whether you’re working directly with youth, leading an organization, or supporting youth-serving initiatives, you’ll leave with fresh perspectives, valuable connections, and renewed inspiration to create lasting impact.
Join us on October 15, 2026, as we celebrate the power of listening, leading, and lifting one another up because when every voice is valued, stronger communities are built.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Each year, CYSA’s Annual Conference offers sponsors and exhibitors a unique opportunity to connect with the statewide Youth Service Bureau network—leaders who are shaping prevention, diversion, and youth development programs in every Connecticut community.
As a sponsor, your organization gains high visibility among decision-makers who influence youth programming, mental health supports, and community partnerships across the state.
