2024 Annual Award Nominations

Annual Awards: Nominations are currently being accepted for CYSA’s Annual Awards to recognize outstanding people and programs that serve children and families in Connecticut. All nominations should be vetted through your Chapter Rep first. Chapters will review and submit a formal nomination to CYSA. Please note, previous award winners are not eligible to receive the same award again. All nominations are due by August 2. Awards will be presented at the Annual Conference on October 18th. 2024 Awards
- Youth Service Employee of the Year Award: This award is presented to an outstanding employee (administrator or front-line worker) of a youth service bureau.
- Program Award: This award is presented to a youth service bureau program of outstanding quality.
- Youth Leadership Award: This award is given to a young person who has made an outstanding contribution to his or her peers or community and meets the following criteria:
- Must have a connection to a Youth Service Bureau in Connecticut
- Must not be older than 18 years of age (19 if still in high school)
